Ms. Geier has worked exclusively with laws related to debt collection since 2005.  She has handled thousands of consumer matters and been involved in over 15 class actions.  She handles claims arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act, the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and other related federal and state law claims.  Ms. Geier has represented debt collection companies and debt buyers for 14 years, and now she wants to help you.  She understands the policies and procedures that can work against you.  Ms. Geier is dedicated to helping consumers clear up their credit scores, get back on track, and stop harassing debt collection.

Prior to 2005, Ms. Geier defended a variety of professional liability claims, including consumer litigation, medical malpractice and labor and employment in Chicago. 

Ms. Geier earned her law degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. While at Loyola, she was a senior editor on the Children's Legal Rights Journal and participated in Moot Court in a national competition receiving a Best Brief award.  Ms. Geier received her Bachelor of Arts from St. Norbert College and her Master of Education from National-Louis University.
